About Amber Heating
Amber Heating Services is based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, on the northern edge of the beautiful Ashdown forest.
We have been providing for the Gas Heating needs of customers local to East Grinstead
, Oxted
and the surrounding areas
(including East and West Sussex, Surrey and parts of Kent) since September 2000.
Many of our customers have said to us they were looking for a locally based company to look after them, big enough to cope and yet small enough to treat each customer individually.
Customer Care
We genuinely care about the quality of service we offer our customers from first contact to the
completion of the work we are asked carry out. We aim to become our customer's first point of
contact for all their Gas Heating needs, extending that first contact into a relationship
hopefully lasting many years and as such we recognise that our customers expect and deserve high quality customer service.
Reliability breeds reputation
As a locally focused company we know our reputation depends on each
and every
customer experience and we aim to be the local company our customer can depend upon. So much so, many of our customers are referrals from existing customers and we would like to keep
it that way
and be consistently providing high level of customer service.

We are building a long term business and we believe that the best way to do that is build long term relationships with our customers. Long term relationships are built by consistently demonstrating good customer service, reliability, and trust.
Trust
